The Boat: Kisaq is the ideal boat to sail in the Greenland seas. Authentic, spacious and comfortable, it is equipped with communication tools and state-of-the-art shipping, security and navigation instruments.
Inside, there is a sensible dry and warm atmosphere, on all the decks. The sleeping deck has 6 double cabins, all of them equipped with storage cupboards and sink. The main floor, very bright with its large bay windows, offers, in addition to sanitary facilities (bathrooms and toilets), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and relaxing areas.
On board, you are carefree. A wonderful couple, Anders and Ellen Pedersen, owners of the boat since 1998, take care of everything. Ellen, whose reputation no longer needs to be proven, will pamper you and prepare good custom-tailored food. As for Anders, the good captain, he looks after the smooth course of your cruise.

Location: An archipelago of islands, glaciers and fiords on the Southern West Greenland cost.

Terrain description: Huge variety and quality of terrain, ranging from the Ice Cap to the sea, on the unique Arctic powder snow. Mountains in this area rise up to 1700 meters high, with a tower point, Adam peak in the Eternity fiord, at 2000 meters. The vertical drops are from 600 to 1500 meters (4500 feet).

How to get there? Maniitsoq has almost daily connections to and from Copenhagen. You fly Air Greenland to Greenland's international hub, Kangerlussuaq, and continue on a 40 minutes domestic flight to Maniitsoq. That's all!
