How to get there? Getting to Uummannaq is quite an experience in itself. This especially true of the last leg of the journey by helicopter, where you have a bird’s eye view of the
fantastic landscape. The gateway is via the Greenland's international at Kangerlussuaq (Air Greenland flight), before continuing on a two hours domestic flight to Quaarsut on the Nuusuaq Peninsula. From there
it is just ten minutes by helicopter to cross the bay and reach the town of Uummannaq.
